The Society of Physics Students (SPS) is a Recognized Student Organization at Texas A&M University in College Station, TX. Our goal is to provide an opportunity for physics majors and enthusiasts to gather together and share ideas and have fun, and to organize local outreach and volunteer events which demonstrate science. We are a local chapter of the larger national organization, found here.

Why should I join such an awesome club?

This club is meant to celebrate our love for physics, whether by having movie nights of our favorite “sciency” movies or by teaching elementary school students the principles of Mass and Energy Conservation. Regardless of your major, if you have an interest in the physical sciences and are looking for a great time, we encourage you to consider joining our ranks or even stopping by one of our meetings! 😀
